Evaluation and reproduction rights

The heirs of Picasso constitute the “Succession Picasso” or “Indivision Picasso”, the joint which owns the intellectual property righs attached to the work and name of Pablo Picasso. The management of this matter rests with the "Picasso Administration". You must consult  www.picasso.fr  for further details.
The requests for the use of the works, the likeness, and/or the name of Picasso must be handled by "Picasso Administration" (either directly, or indirectly via its representatives abroad), wich carries out the administrative work (drafting of contracts, printer’s proofs, invoicing).

Regarding the evaluation and authentication of Picasso’s work, the task of the Documentation Centre of the Picasso Foundation is purely informative, indicating whether the work is officially catalogued or whether it is reproduced in any of the publications kept in our library; our replies will always be based on documentary evidence and we shall refrain at all times from commenting or giving our opinions on the matter in question. Picasso’s heirs are the only persons authorised to evaluate and certify the authorship of the artist, and you must contact with Picasso Administration (see above).
